Are you ready for a powerful development process consisting of leadership experiences and global internships?

Are you ready to develop the skills, networks and global perspectives necessary to drive change in the world?

AIESEC Salzburg recruits new members at the beginning of every semester. During the selection process we are looking for motivated and diversity-loving students from different degree programmes.

The application process consists of the following steps:

AIESEC offers info stands, info evenings and lecture presentations to give you a first impression of the organization. Once you decide to join us, you have to fill out the online application form, which you can find below. If you get selected, you will take part in the Local Induction, a weekend on which you will get a deeper insight into what AIESEC really is. Afterwards, you will have an Assessment Center, where we want to find out if you fit to AIESEC. If you also pass the second round you will join a team for the next semester and go to the FUTURE Conference, where you will get to know AIESECers from all over Austria!
