Executive Board

The Executive Board of AIESEC in Salzburg

Elisabeth Svetanic

As vice president talent management she is responsible for human resources in AIESEC Salzburg and is principally involved in the well-being and development of the membersof the local committee.

Elisabeth is caring for the members of AIESEC in Salzburg; her  responsibility is to help them with unfolding their full potential. Therefor she is organising and doing trainings and keeps on tracking our personal and professional development in the local committee of Salzburg. TM-Talent Management also means team management and so within her work it is also one of her main goals to create a great atmosphere and good teams within the AIESEC structure.

Incoming exchange represents the counterpart to the work of “Outgoing Exchange”; as vice president incoming exchange Ute cares for the people who are coming to Salzburg via AIESEC and doing a project or an internship here. She is responsible for welcoming them and supports them here in Salzburg.

With external relations her other main field of work is the contact with the economy of Salzburg. Ute is caring for the main supporters and partners of AIESEC in Salzburg and represents our local committee to the local companies.
